Cross Country Meet – Cole Harbour Place

Wednesday, October 11, 2017. 

4:00 Start (3:30 Walk through)

(Rain Date: Wednesday, October 18)

For members on the Cross County Team.

The meet will take place at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, October 11th on the soccer fields behind Cole Harbour Place (Scotia and Wagner soccer fields). Runners are asked to arrive at 3:30 for the warm up/ walk through. The route is approx. 1.4 kms.

*Parents and students are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event. Please check in and out with Ms. Giles.*

Please make every effort to have your child arrive for a 3:30 walk through so he or she gets an opportunity to walk the course ahead of time. Students must bring their own clearly marked water bottles.

Parking at CH Place is an issue so families are encouraged to carpool and/or park on streets around the course (Sophia Crescent, Auburn Drive) instead of taking up every parking spot in the CH Place parking lot.

Students must dress for the weather, wear appropriate footwear and wear layers so that they may shed layers as they warm up and put on layers after their race. The City and/ or committee will make decision to go ahead or reschedule. Be aware that the weather may be good on the actual race day, but if the course is too wet to run, we will re-schedule.
