A Note from the Music Room

It’s hard to believe, but our winter concert date is approaching! Students have been practicing their class performances, and are excited to share their songs with you.

Our concert dates are December 12th and 13th. Each class is only responsible for performing on one of those dates. The breakdown of classes will be:

We have 2 times when you can see each performance. They will be as follows:

December 12th

Afternoon Performance

Evening Performance

December 13th

For the evening performance students are asked to arrive at the school between 6:00 and 6:15 on their concert night, so that they have enough time to get into place before the concert starts. The doors of the school will not be open before 6:00pm, so please plan accordingly.

Tickets will be sent out the week before the concert. Each child will receive 2 tickets for the night they are performing. If you do not need the tickets, please send them back so that we can give them to someone else. We will put an online "extra ticket" list on our website the week before the concert. It will be on a first come, first served basis, and there is no guarantee that extra tickets will be available. There is also no guarantee that you will receive the number of extra tickets you request through the online list. 

There is no charge for either performance time, however we will be collecting donations for the foodbank, if you would like to contribute.

Students are welcome to wear any clothes that they like; they are welcome to dress up. I would, however, ask that students please refrain from wearing any tall hats or headbands, as they may block the faces of students standing behind them, and we want all student’s faces to be seen.
